Memorizing the material days before the exam is crucial. This way your child will not have to cram it in the night before the test. Go over it with your child once to make sure he has the concept down. Then remind him that he has prepared enough for the evaluation, and now it’s time to relax.
Get Some Sleep
A good night’s sleep is very important
. Make sure that your child stops studying at least 90 minutes before going to bed. Tell him he can spend this extra free time on an activity he enjoys. Have him go to bed early to get a full 8 to 10 hours of sleep.
A healthy breakfast is a part of being able to successfully focus on an exam. Wake your child early enough to eat breakfast leisurely. Don´t forget to include fresh fruits, protein, and whole wheat grains. Stay away from fat-laden, greasy foods! This will only make your child sleepy during the test.
